Open year-round and always worthy of a visit. The Johannesbad thermal spa on the outskirts of Bad Füssing includes a water surface of around 4,500 m2 with 13 indoor and outdoor pools.
In addition, the spa includes a giant sauna world, a medical wellness center, as well as a beauty area.

Medicinal water
Our healing water has a positive effect on: joint disorders – rheumatic illnesses – spinal disorders – metabolic diseases – recovery from surgery – heart and circulatory problems. The thermal mineral water from the state-approved spring travels a long way from a depth of over 1,000 m until it arrives in the Johannesbad spa.The special, highly concentrated sulfur of Bad Füssing spring water can be optimally absorbed through the skin. The healing and pain-alleviating effect of the healing water can achieve its effect directly on the affected part of the body. In addition, water pressure and its property of buoyancy, which allows the body to weightlessly float, has a positive effect on breathing, circulation, and metabolism. This relieves pressure on the joints, ligaments, spine, and muscles.
Johannesbad Spa Sauna World
Sauna lovers also get their money's worth at the Johannesbad Therme.The Johannesbad thermal spa provides a vast array of wellness offers for sauna lovers.
You can relax in 5 different saunas and at the same time do something beneficial for your immune system in the soothing warmth. For example, you can choose between the classic Finnish sauna with 90°C or the Ottoman bath temple with a little less heat at a temperature of 50°C. You can then rest in our relaxation rooms, which are designed according to different themes.

The pools in the indoor and outdoor area of the Johannesbad spa are open year-round.From October 07, 2024 the following opening hours apply:

. Sun: 08:00 - 18:00 h
. Bathing closes 30 minutes before
Sauna & panorama bar:
. Mon: closed
. Tue - Fri: 12:00 - 19:00
. Sat: 12:00 - 20:30
. Sun: 12:00 - 17:30
. Bathing closes 30 minutes before
In many packages of our house the entrance to the thermal world is already included.
