Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our hotel. However, in our sister hotels, the Johannesbad Hotel Füssinger Hof and the Johannesbad Hotel Ludwig Thoma, we have some rooms that you can book with your dog. For your dog we charge 10 € per night (without food). Please ask by e-mail or telephone whether one of these rooms is available for your desired period. I would like to book a room. Where can I get information about the booking?
The quickest way to find available rooms is via our own reservation system on the website. You can check availability for your desired date directly here, compare offers without obligation and book yourself. Where can I buy vouchers?
You can easily buy vouchers online here in our voucher store.
At what times can I check in and check out?
Our rooms are ready for you from 14:00. If you arrive after 18:00, please let us know shortly. You can check out on the day of departure until 10:00 am.
What cancellation conditions apply to the booking?
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the offer. We currently offer you a risk-free cancellation period of 7 days before arrival (excluding Christmas & New Year's Eve). However, you will find the exact cancellation conditions for your booking in your booking confirmation, which you received by e-mail / post, or before you complete a booking on our website.
Where can I get information about the wellness & spa area?
Our small, fine wellness oasis awaits you with a whirlpool, Finnish sauna, steam grotto, infrared cabin, rain showers, 'room of the senses' with well-tempered water loungers, relaxation room and fresh air area! The saunas are currently open from 15:00 to 20:00 and the wellness area from 17:00 to 22:00. Further information is available here.
Are there parking spaces directly at the hotel?
We have sufficient parking spaces. It is therefore not necessary to make a reservation in advance. Parking with us costs € 3.00 per day, either directly at the hotel or in the underground garage.
Where can I book a wellness treatment?
If you have already booked an arrangement with a massage included, the appointments will be scheduled a few weeks before your arrival and you will receive an overview of your appointments on arrival. For individual appointment requests, you are welcome to contact us by email at roswitha.greilinger@johannesbad.com.
Where and when does the breakfast take place?
The breakfast room with bright conservatory is located on the first floor, near the reception. We are happy to welcome you from 07:00 to 10:00.
Can I bring a bicycle for my stay?
You are also welcome to bring your own bike and store it free of charge and protected from the weather.
What is a direct booking and what advantages does it have for me?
A direct booking is a booking made via our website directly here or by telephone or email to our reservation. You will always receive the best price, a free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (except Christmas & New Year's Eve) and do not have to pay a deposit.
